health analytics. This Privacy Policy applies to the 5G4PHEALTH mobile application
(Android) and the web platform, and describes how we collect, use, and protect your

- The 5G4PHEALTH web platform accessible via browser.

3. Android App Permissions
The 5G4PHEALTH Android application may request the following device permissions:
- INTERNET: Required to load the platform and communicate with our servers over HTTPS.
- CAMERA: Used for telehealth video consultations between patients and doctors (only when initiated by the user).
- MICROPHONE: Used for audio during telehealth sessions (only when initiated by the user).
- NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send appointment reminders and health alerts.
Permissions are only requested when the relevant feature is used and can be revoked at any
time through your Android device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain features
of the application.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
The 5G4PHEALTH app uses WebView technology to deliver the platform experience. As a result,
the following may be stored locally on your device:
- Session cookies: Used for authentication. Cleared when you log out.
- Cached content: Temporary browser cache for improved performance.
- Local storage: Minimal app state data for session continuity.
You can clear this data at any time via your device's app settings (Clear Cache / Clear Data).
5. How We Use Your Information

- Provide healthcare appointment scheduling and management services.
- Enable real-time vital-sign monitoring and health alerts.
- Support AI-assisted health analytics (e.g., posture and mood analysis).

6. Special Category (Health) Data
Health and vital-sign data is classified as sensitive personal data and is processed only with

by authorized medical personnel. Access to your health records is strictly role-based — only
the healthcare professionals directly involved in your care can view your clinical data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be
shared only in the following circumstances:
- Healthcare providers within the platform who are directly involved in your care.
- Trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under strict data processing agreements.

We protect your information using industry-standard security measures including:
